Hoxton docks-location

After receiving an email from the council regarding the Upper Beeding location saying we cannot gain permission to film there, we have looked into further locations which are hopefully more practical and realistic. We researched Hoxton Docks in the East End in London, which also had a similar image of our ideal location. Therefore we contacted them regarding its availability for one day to shoot there. We went on their website and contacted the owner of the property, the local council:
