Location problems for Upper Beeding

We contacted the Sussex council to see whether the location would be available for us to use, and whether we could have permission to film there for a day:
As a group we decided that the location in Sussex looked the most suitable for filming the music video as the location fits in with the image of the band. However there are many impractical reasons why we may not be able to shoot there.

Firstly, our group and the band are all from London, and it is difficult to organise for every person to take a whole day off in the band, who are all available the same day, to film in an area that is not well known to us all that is hours away from us.
Secondly, it is time consuming to travel there, although we are desperate to film there, travelling to and from Sussex would take up a lot of time so we may only have a limited time to film, and therefore may not be able to capture everything in time, especially because we are filming everything more than once.
Furthermore, we may have problems with getting instruments there, a drum kit for example, is hard to transport as well as us, the whole band, and everything else that is needed.
Moreover, there is no electricity in the cement works, therefore it would be difficult to use instruments to their full use, lighting the location to get it how we want it to look etc.
